Year 1

Welcome to Year One!

Our Year One Team consists of Mrs Ryan and Mrs Virdee.

We are looking forward to working with your child during this year and supporting them on the next stage of their learning journey at St Anne’s. Your child will be building upon all of the learning and experiences that they enjoyed during their time in Reception Class and they will continue to become increasingly independent learners during their time in Year One.

Year 1 will take part in their PE lessons on Monday and Tuesday each week.  Please ensure that their correct PE kit is in school and that all items of clothing are labelled with your child’s name. Your child will also need their PE kit if they attend any after school clubs.

If you have any questions or queries, please do not hesitate to speak with one of the Year One Team and we will be happy to help.  An appointment to meet with us can also be made via the Office.
